Time & Attendance
The SquirrelOne Basics Time & Attendance program is a software tool to monitor employee punches and create reports to manage and pre-process payroll information. With the Time & Attendance program, employees and management can clock in or out on any POS terminal eliminating the need for additional time keeping equipment. Multiple job codes and corresponding pay rates are maintained for employees and are calculated automatically when employees punch in and out. The SquirrelOne BASICS Waitlist program completely automates the paper waitlist providing staff with more accurate wait times for their guests. The Waitlist program records and tracks information relating to guests' wait times. SquirrelOne Waitlist automatically tracks, in realtime, how long a guest has been waiting and provides staff with a running average to assist with quoting wait times to guests. Squirrel Waitlist records the guests' name, party size, seating preference, and collects the Loyalty programs customer number. Additionally there is a field you use to note any special customer requests.
