I agree that as part of the consideration and expense for Prism Business Solutions, Inc. acceptance of this electronic form of payment that I acknowledge this payment is earned at the time of payment as per my agreement with Prism Business Solutions, Inc. and that I will not attempt to chargeback this payment with my financial institution.
